Rural

Premier Realty can offer service and advise for your rural needs, from economic use, zoning, trends and much more. Lifestyle blocks are very popular throughout Canterbury, many of these have some restrictions regarding building permits, water and sewage, we will point you in the right direction for other specialist needs.

Lower Fees

Premier Realty operates it’s business on a lower rate of commission basis. The standard charge throughout the country is based on $500 + 3.95% + GST. (approximately a total of 5% of the sale price), with most first charging all marketing and advertising costs on top of the commission.

Premier Realty as part of our service offers a FREE market appraisal, which with the use of technology, gives you a great idea, as to the value of your property before you take it to the market. In a buoyant market you need to be sure that you have not under valued your biggest asset.

Rentals and Property Management Services for Casual Letting and Full Management of your Rental Investment Portfolio

Casual Letting - If you own a rental property and wish us to find a tenant for you, our fees are simply the advertising cost at $20 + GST per advert. The tenant shall be charged a letting fee of 1 weeks rents plus GST. You then manage the property yourself.

Property Management - We take over the letting and management of your property which includes weekly rent collection and payment, bond lodgments, 3 monthly tenant inspections, we'll even find you tenants at the end of each tenancy period. Our fees for this service is 7.5% + GST, and $30 + GST per 3 monthly inspection.
