Rental & Management Services is an extension to our real estate agency business, specifically designed to take great care of your residential investment property portfolio.

Our Services are broken down to various levels;

Casual Letting – If you need assistance in finding a new tenant, then our casual letting service is for you. We will advertise your rental property, and manage the selection process for you and make recommendations as to suitable tenants, we’ll also do credit and reference checks if you wish.

For Casual Letting clients all you pay for is the advertising, credit and reference checks.

The tenant shall be required to pay a letting fee of 1 weeks rent plus GST.


Property Management Services – We’ll take over the letting and management of your property which includes weekly rent collection and payments, bond lodgements, 3 monthly tenant inspections, we’ll even find you tenants at the end of each tenancy period. 

Our fees for this service is 7.5% + GST, and $30 + GST per 3 monthly inspection.
