Premier Realty are fully licensed auctioneers, this is a FREE service, saving you hundreds of dollars when placing your home for sale by auction. With a very high success rate in selling properties by auction it is a method of marketing that should be considered.

Marketing packages for auctions start as low as $999.00 for a 3 week campaign for a small home or land package, through to $2,500 for a more exclusive package over a 4 or 5 week marketing period.

With Premier Realty auctions, all costs are for advertising space sold, there are NO add on fees for administration or auctioneers charges. You pay only for adverts placed, nothing else.

Part of the cost of selling by auction also cover the cost of supplying a LIM report and copy of the Title. 

• Terms and Conditions used for sale by auction are the standard terms approved by the the Auckland District Law Society and the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. 

• All auctions are conducted under the Code of Practise for Sale by Auction as established by the real estate institute.

• There are NO PHANTOM bidders at a Premier Realty Auction all bids are from genuine bidders, or made on behalf of the vendor by the auctioneer.
